When marketers are able to get things done without the help of a developer, everyone wins. The developers can focus on product development and marketers can get things done faster. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019ve used Zapier to do things like:<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Send me an SMS message every time a lead enters our system <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Update a Slack channel to my sales team with lead information <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collect leads from LinkedIn or Facebook and send directly to Hubspot <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The amount of automation a marketer can get done is infinite! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That\u2019s why we\u2019re excited to announce that <a href=\"https:\/\/zapier.com\/apps\/qualaroo\/integrations\">Qualaroo is now officially listed as an app within Zapier\u2019s directory of apps<\/a>.\u00a0 Zapier allows Qualaroo to interact with over 1000 popular SaaS applications and best of all it does not require any coding experience. Although there are thousands of ways to use the Qualaroo + Zapier integration, I wanted to illustrate one of my favorites.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Send_Feedback_from_Qualaroo_to_Slack_to_Hubspot\"><\/span>How to Send Feedback from Qualaroo to Slack to Hubspot<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NPS programs have historically been managed by customer success teams but everyone within your company should activate on NPS feedback, especially your marketing department. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When we receive a promoter, we like to contact that customer to reach out for a case study or other comarketing opportunities. Your promoters are a perfect opportunity to grow your user base, putting new leads into your funnel &#8211; and these leads will likely have a higher conversion rate! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So how can you get it done without having to log into a system to check the NPS promoters, download the contacts and look them up in your CRM? My favorite use case is to create your NPS survey via Qualaroo, pass responses to Hubspot and post feedback to a Slack channel so I can immediately activate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2712\" src=\"https:\/\/qualaroo.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/ZapierQualaroo-1.png\" alt=\"ZapierQualaroo\" width=\"633\" height=\"356\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Before_setting_up_your_Zap_make_sure_to_have_the_following_items_done\"><\/span>Before setting up your Zap, make sure to have the following items done:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Build and launch your Qualaroo NPS Survey. <a href=\"https:\/\/help.qualaroo.com\/create-net-promoter-score\">You can see how to do that here. <\/a><\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make sure you have a Zapier account. Luckily you can set up a free account to get started. <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select a new channel in Slack where you\u2019d like to get responses to the NPS survey. <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<h4><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Create properties in Hubspot for NPS score and NPS message. You will need admin access to do this. <\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Now_lets_get_started_with_your_Zap\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, let\u2019s get started with your Zap<\/span><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the top right corner of your Zapier dashboard, you\u2019ll see a button that says \u201cMake a Zap!,\u201d click on this to get started with your Zap. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From here, you\u2019ll create your trigger which will be a response to your NPS survey. Then you\u2019ll create your first event which is to update a contact in Hubspot. The time and effort to build feedback campaigns are only worth the investment if you do something with the feedback. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As mentioned before, we like to reach out to promoters for case studies and other co-marketing activities. Once I receive the message in Slack, I can click on the link to find the contact in Hubspot and immediately reach out.
