They do it with a simple Nudge:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>\u201cYou seem interested in UAlberta news. Would you like to sign up for the Daily News email?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yes [enter your email]<\/li>\n<li>No thanks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Before they implemented the Qualaroo Nudge in November 2012, they had 412 email subscribers. To drive the most attendance to these webinars, they focused on optimizing open rates on their email invites.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">They realized that open rates and sign ups were both contingent on the content of the webinar. To find out what topics were most interesting to prospective customers they asked them with this simple Nudge:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>\u201cWould you attend any of these webinars?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 Steps to Email Marketing that Converts<\/li>\n<li>How to Setup Your First Lifecycle Email<\/li>\n<li>How to Get Started With Vero<\/li>\n<li>No, I Wouldn\u2019t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This allowed them to figure out what content their users wanted and then deliver it, which in turn increased open rates and signups.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Improve_Ecommerce_Conversions\"><\/span>Improve Ecommerce Conversions<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">An agency shared this undisclosed client\u2019s story with us. After noticing a cart abandonment issue, they implemented the following question for when visitors went to abandon their carts.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>\u201cWhat, if anything, is stopping you from completing this order?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This one open-ended question helped to identify a browser issue that, if left uncheck, could\u2019ve cost the company $60k in lost sales.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Segment_and_Route_Traffic_to_Specific_Content\"><\/span>Segment and Route Traffic to Specific Content<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Free credit reporting service Quizzle, has used Qualaroo to uncover user needs and consequently route users to the right areas of their website based on what users are trying to do.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>\u201cWhat brings you to Quizzle.com today?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I got denied for credit.<\/li>\n<li>I want better credit<\/li>\n<li>Checking my credit before a big purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Using Qualaroo\u2019s intelligent branching, responses vary based on what people click. People who click \u201cChecking my credit,\u201d are presented with the following:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>\u201cWhat are you getting credit approved for?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Home Loan<\/li>\n<li>Auto Loan<\/li>\n<li>Insurance<\/li>\n<li>Credit Card<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Answers branch even further. Those those who click \u201cAuto Loan\u201d are presented with, \u201cGet your FREE credit report to make sure your credit is ready for that auto loan\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">It\u2019s an effective and easy way to get different segments of their audience to the relevant portions of the website.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_Will_You_Come_Up_With\"><\/span>What Will You Come Up With?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">A lot of the fun and success with Qualaroo are in how you choose to use it.
